Fundamental Beliefs

We affirm the centrality of the word of God.

We affirm the necessity of the new birth.

We affirm a commitment to the whole mission of the church.

We affirm the church as a fellowship of believers.

We affirm a conscious dependence on the Holy Spirit.

We affirm the reality of freedom in Christ.

Four engines that drive our vitality

Scripture: empowered by God’s thoughts (His Word)

Intimacy with God: empowered by the indwelling of God (His Spirit)

Evangelism and Compassion: empowered by the purposes of God (His Mission)

Compelling Christian Community: empowered by the family of God (His People)

Four Commitments

Biblical – We are committed to the Bible as holding the answers for daily living.

Devotional – We are committed to connecting hearts to God and helping people grow in their relationship with Christ.

Connectional – We build relationships within the local church that build disciples.  And we partner together as a Covenant of churches to better impact our shared mission field.

Missional – We are committed to helping believers and churches reach the world for Christ.
